Register as a user

At the library

• Bring with you a valid photo ID: a passport, ID card, or student card.
• Visit our service point at Narva mnt or Solaris Shopping Centre.

Online

• In order to register online, you need to have an ID card or mobile ID.
• If you need help, watch the video instructions.

• Registering a minor

  • • Readers under the age of 18 must have their parent/guardian fill out our consent form to borrow books for reading at home. Parent/guardian consent is given once and remains valid until the reader reaches the age of 18.

  • • Download and fill out the form.

  • • Sign it digitally and send it to info@nlib.ee.
    • If you sign the form manually on paper, please bring it to our service point at Narva mnt or Solaris Shopping Centre.

• User rights
  • To certify your rights as a registered reader, you must present your library card or ID card.
  • Both may only be used by the owner.
