We open the concept of democracy, we talk about the advantages and bottlenecks of this form of government and whether and why democracy is not on the minds of many people in Estonia today.

Panel is joined by mayor of Kohtla-Järve Virve Linder and Paloma Krõõt Tupay, associate professor of constitutional law at the University of Tartu. Media literacy specialist of the National Library of Estonia Eva Ladva leads the discussion.
